**Thursday- SKILLS AND DRILLS** This is a rest day/make up day/ open gym day/ this day is designed for anyone who has missed a previous day.

Also this is a great day for goat work, you know that stuff your not so good at. There will always be a WOD posted on this day however it will be designed more towards building capacity utilizing the rowers, sprints, longer distance running, tabata and different time domains.

So come on in and pick your poison, whether its active recovery, goat work and capacity drills. Just come on in!!!!!!!!!!!
