Here at CrossFit 19 North, we want you to get the best results possible. And while I'd like to say that if you come in and bust your butt for one hour a day, you'll get the results you want, I'd be lying.
To FULLY get the most out of your training, your diet needs to be on point. The problem is that most people hear the word "diet" and immediately think that they need to stop eating foods they enjoy.
Your "diet" doesn't need to be restrictive or miserable. Nor should it be something you go "on" or "off"...unless you don't want to keep the results.
We want you to learn exactly what you should be eating in order to reach your goals. There is no "one size fits all" diet plan out there ( because you know "one size fits all" rarely ever does! ).
